Hot flashes can bring more serious complications when it bothers you as you sleep

From a study shows that hot flashes are mostly common in the late afternoon, early evening and in the middle of the night. But hot flash can bring more serious complications when it bothers you as you sleep soundly during the night since it can lead to fatigue and difficulty in concentrating on day time. Luckily, these symptoms do not last long and a normal pattern usually restored as the body becomes more accustomed to its decreasing hormonal levels.

To avoid sleeping problems, there some tips that can assure you that you'll have a good night sleep throughout the night. Why don't you take some daily exercise, avoid taking alcohol or caffeinated substances, drink your milk or eat some yogurt before going to sleep, take a warmth bath before you retire for the night and try eating a banana or other foods that are rich in carbohydrates.
