How to correctly apply the sunscreen.

The way in which we apply the sunscreen is one of the factors that determines its protective action before the rays of the sun, which is why it is important that we know how to apply it correctly in order to be well protected.

Apply generously 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. The sunscreen should be applied in sufficient quantity. We need at least 30 ml (1 ounce) to cover our bodies. Do not forget to apply it generously on the face and neck, even if we have a hat. Also use the lip balm to protect our lips.

Make sure to cover all exposed areas. Do not forget to cover areas that are often neglected as fingers, nose and ears. If we use sunglasses with UVA UVB protection covering the area around the eyes, we should not fail to implement blocker in those areas. If you suffer from hair loss should also use a solar protect indicated for the protection of the scalp.

We apply on a regular basis, even more so after being in the water. Experts recommend applying sunscreen at least every two hours or more often if they swam or sudamos.

Use protective water resistant, they maintain the level of SPF after 40 to 80 minutes after being submerged in water.

Read the label carefully and follow the instructions. The sunscreens can vary greatly, even in the correct way to apply them. Make sure to read the labels carefully and follow the instructions correctly.
