Keep teeth white with Peroxide and baking soda.

Many people say that mix peroxide and baking soda to give your smile a nice touch. While this works, time is too abrasive to the gums and teeth themselves. In these cases, a dentist should always control how it's doing this for yourself bleaching, besides teaching him how to do it. In general, every night for three to four weeks, you must rinse your mouth with that agent whitener.
During treatment, the dentist will review to verify their gums and to make sure these are not irritated or been damaged. With the appropriate instruction and supervision of a specialist, there are fewer opportunities to swallow the whitening agent or that it will affect the gums. The cost of this method may varify.
