Nutrition and hydration.

The two basic pillars for skin care are high hydration and proper nutrition of fat substances. Those two conditions are fulfilled the skin properly exercised its primary role; protection.  The ripe fruit, typical of the season, the colored leaves and green vegetables of all kinds should be the most important role in the diet of the skin, since they are the group of foods that contain more water and salts that also contribute minerals, trace elements, enzymes, chlorophyll and vitamins essential for health. Since the recommended dietary naturist at least two daily servings of fruit and four servings (a serving dish is a normal full) of vegetables a day, preferably raw or cooked by steaming to make better use all their nutrients.
