Plants, herbs or spaces to combat bad breath.

- Parsley: Mastic a bunch of parsley to finish a meal, and you can crush the plant to obtain juice that must be taken 3 tablespoons a day.
- Mastic as fennel seeds, anise, cardamom, and so on.
- The apple: It is a natural dentifrice. Chewing a piece or eating an apple.
- Ginger: A small piece of pickled ginger with vinegar, useful to remove bad breath and freshen your mouth after a meal (available in Oriental stores).
- Yerbabuena: It's stomach, digestive aid and bad breath.
- Mastic: carrot or celery.
